This is a completed new product for our customer's special project. It takes around 2 month from initial designing to final sample confirmation, during this time, it includes three times requirements changes of customer.  

Our services include Industrial designing, Mechanical designing and Prototype. 

After final sample confirmation, we only take 2 weeks production to catch its urgent first order requirement which got high recognition from client with confirmation of following 1000unit order, not only because of our fast prodution, but also our good quality and rapid response of custom service. 

Processing of this project include: Laer cutting, Turret punching and bending, Milling and Turning, Welding, Polishing.
